Situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Paimpol, this 70 m² self-catering flat, located on the upper floor of the owners’ house, is the perfect base from which to explore Paimpol Bay, the island of Bréhat and the iconic landscapes of the Côtes-d’Armor. On arrival, you will be personally welcomed by the owner, who will ensure you enjoy a warm and attentive stay, complete with a welcome gift. Outside, a pleasant little enclosed garden is reserved for your use. You can enjoy sunny days on the garden furniture, share meals al fresco thanks to the barbecue, or simply relax on the sun loungers. Inside, the apartment offers functional and comfortable spaces. The bright living room features a sofa bed, a television and a hi-fi system. A cosy bar area completes the living space, perfect for spending time together. The separate kitchen is particularly well-equipped for cooking enthusiasts, featuring an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as numerous small appliances: a raclette machine, blender, waffle maker and croque-monsieur maker, hot dog maker, mixer and hand blender. From the living room, a hallway leads to the sleeping area comprising three bedrooms. The 11 m² master bedroom is fitted with a 160 cm double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Two additional bedrooms in the attic each have a single bed. Although their size means they are not included in the official rating, they offer a comfortable space particularly appreciated by children, families or couples wishing to sleep separately. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. This accommodation will appeal to families wishing to explore Paimpol whilst enjoying a peaceful setting and a warm, authentic welcome.

By train: Paimpol station is approximately 850m away (3 mins by car, 12 mins on foot). The TER line connects Paimpol to Guingamp, with connections to Saint-Brieuc, Rennes and Paris. The station provides easy access to the accommodation without the need for a car. By bus: BreizhGo network. Stops serving Paimpol town centre near the port and the station. By car: Access via the D786 from Saint-Brieuc or Lannion. Free parking on the private forecourt in front of the accommodation. By bike: The harbour, shops and main amenities are just a few minutes’ cycle away. The coastal routes and the GR34 make it easy to explore Paimpol Bay and Beauport Abbey. Shared transport: Carpooling available via dedicated platforms.
